TheDezLab - Terms of service

This is the Terms of service/TOS/Invoice agreement/Purchase acknowledgement for all Products/Services/Features offered at TheDezLab https://thedezlab.com.

1.00) - Legal Term/Usage definitions

1.1) The purchaser/purchaser (you) - defined by the following names within quotes separated by commas: Owner of the PayPal Account registered to (you) at the date of purchase, Acknowledging financier/payer of this invoice, Owner of the PayPal Account paying for this Invoice, example name: "purchaserEmailName@purchaserEmailProviderName.com". 1.2) The product owner/product owner - defined by the following names within quotes separated by commas: "TheDezLab (https://thedezlab.com), JoeDezzy1 (https://tribot.org), TheDezLab Owner (https://thedezlab.com/lab/community), Owner of PayPal Account sending this invoice, Owner of the PayPal Account recieving payment, Owner of TheDezLab, Owner of the PayPal Account set up to recieve payments for products on https://thedezlab.com. 1.3) The product/product - defined by the following name within quotes "TheDezLab's Tribot Manager (Lite version)".

2.00) Agreements and Acknowledgements

2.01) - The following is agreed to and acknowledged by The product owner/product owner and The purchaser/purchaser:

2.1) The purchaser and The product owner agree and understand that both The purchaser and The product owner are fully aware of the transaction being made through this invoice and both agree and acknowledge that this transaction made through this invoice are non-fraudulent. 2.2) The purchaser and The product owner agree and understand that there are no refunds for The product purchased by The purchaser through this invoice, and also that no payment made by The purchaser for the product may be reversed and or charged back due to any claim despite wether that claim is legitimate or fraudulent. 2.3) The purchaser and The product owner both agree and understand that full support will be provided to and for The product for the timeframe of the lifetime of The product owner. 2.4) The purchaser and The product owner both agree that The product owner may stop the support - (2.3) - to and for The product at any time If and only If The product owner provides the original source code of The product purchased through this invoice to The purchaser. 2.5) The purchaser and The product owner both agree and acknowledge that The purchaser many not at any time redistribute and or resell The product or the contents within The product to any third party/parties.

3.00) Usage agreement and Access Rights

3.1) The purchaser is given usage rights and access to the compiled binary executable jar file, The product "TheDezLab's Tribot Manager (Lite version)", and

4.00) Extended acknowledgements

4.1) This software has been fully tested and verified operational by TheDezLab as well as its affiliates and active users. 4.2) This software is targeted to work on Java 8 but may work on later versions of Java however no earlier Java versions are supported (Anything below Java 8). 4.3) Through the purchase of this software, its usage is intended for use with a product from a partnered company and affiliate known as TRiBot, TRiBot.org, TRiBot TRILEZ SOFTWARE INC. 4.4) This invoice/agreement/terms of service, is intended to prevent fraudulent chargebacks and or fraudulent payment reversals. 4.5) This invoice/agreement/terms of service is intended to ensure that The purchaser recieves The product from The product owner.
